LightBluePrep is a free, non-commercial SAT practice site run by a student. You can use all of it without an account.

What we collect

No personal data, unless you sign in. There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies. Your answers, notes, highlights, marks and practice sets are saved only in your own browser's storage on your device.

Who your browser talks to

• Cloudflare serves the website (and the sync server, if you sign in), and like any web host it handles your IP address to deliver the page.
• College Board supplies the questions. Your browser downloads them directly from College Board; we never host or store question content.
• Desmos supplies the calculator, and only if you open it.
• Google handles sign-in. Its sign-in script loads only when you open the sign-in panel.
• YouTube opens only if you tap the YouTube button on a question, which searches for that question's ID.
• Ko-fi / Buy Me a Coffee handle donations, only if you follow a Support link. Their own privacy policies apply; we get nothing from them except the donation.
• PromptPay donations go through your own Thai banking app when you scan the QR. The site never sees the payment.

If you send feedback

Bug reports and comments are stored anonymously on our server: the message you type, the question ID it is about (if any) and which screen you sent it from. No name, email, IP address or account is attached, so we cannot reply. Please do not put personal details in the message.

If you sign in

Signing in is optional. It uses Google sign-in so your progress follows you between devices. When you sign in, our server (a Cloudflare Worker and database) stores:

• the questions you answered, your answers and how long they took
• your highlights, notes, marks and mistake log
• your practice sets

We never store your email, name or profile picture. Google gives us an anonymous account ID, and that ID is the only thing your practice history is linked to. Nothing is sold or shared.

Deleting your data

If you signed in, the sync menu (top right of the site) has a button that permanently deletes everything stored on the server for your account. Your browser's own copy is separate: clear this site's data in your browser settings to delete it.

Children

LightBluePrep is meant for high school students preparing for the SAT. It is not directed at children under 13.
